Working hours:

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a facilities team in the Washington area providing building services maintenance to a large scale estate. Paying £42,500 PA.

• Completing building services / electrical maintenance
• To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
• BMS operation
• General HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance
• To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
• To respond to client requests, providing a professional and timely service
• Compliance checks and associated documentation
• Small works and lifecycle refurbishment

• Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3 18th edition
• AM2
• Ideally JIB Gold card (but not essential)
• Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
• Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
• Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
• Will be required to clear a security check
