Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

We are currently building up our leads in the north and already have a full calendar up till May this year. As part of that growth we’re looking to assemble reliable teams to support the work. If you also have teams elsewhere we could also potentially accommodate some installs there too.
We provide all equipment. Normally, this equipment is delivered to a local yard, container or warehouse for the week where you can pick up kit that you need from there.

You will use your own vans to transport the materials including batteries and solar panels to the site, and be responsible for letting us know if you are running low on small consumables so we can send them up on the next deliveryor organise them to a local wholesalers for you. However, if this isnt possible we can sometimes accomodate other ways of working.
We can provide5 days of work a week
and we would be looking at getting you on full jobs most of the time at£950
per install, but if this was ever broken down in toroofing/electrics only the rates are below as well as what we pay for additional extras

Our standard labour-only rates are:

  • £500
    for electrics
  • £450
    for roofing
  • Extras:£50 per extra
(EPS, UPS, EV charger, power diverter, birdproofing)
Extras vary per job and can’t be guaranteed, but to give you an idea, here’s what the last week of private jobs included:
  • UPS, Birdproof
  • UPS, Birdproof
  • None
  • Birdproof
  • UPS, Birdproof, EV charger
  • None
  • UPS, Birdproof, power diverter, EV charger
  • UPS, Birdproof
All installations are booked for one day, and paid as a one day install, unless it’s clear more time is needed. We use our own MCS and NICEIC portal, so you dont need to be doing building notifications etc. But we would still expect your electrical installer to be qualified to 18th Edition and hold an AM2 qualification.
On the day, we would expect a completed installation to look like the following:
  • Installation completed and commissioned
  • Handover form completed in Fast Fields (takes about 10 minutes)
  • Required photos taken (guidance here:)
  • Photos uploaded to our shared drive (example:)
  • A report submitted on 8x8 (our messaging service) including:
  • Customer name
  • Postcode
  • Job status
  • Handover complete
  • Pics uploaded
  • Product returns
  • Feedback
  • NICEIC certificate submitted by the following Monday (we’ll provide login access
We invoice and pay weekly — you would submit an invoice each week, and we process payment the following week once all job items are confirmed as complete.

Let me know if this sounds like something you’d like to move forward with, or if you have any questions ’re keen to find a setup that works well for both sides and would be happy to get you started as soon as you're ready.#J-18808-Ljbffr
