• Performing heavy lifting duties
• Able to use the phone or PDA to communicate effectively, explaining yourself clearly and concisely understanding what information you need or need to provide.
• Ensure all paperwork and transfer notes are passed to the office in a timely manner and not left in your van or lost.
• Accountable for the quality of workmanship, method used to affect the repair.

• Previous labouring experience within the social housing sector.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to commute to and from site reliably.
• 2 - 5 years experience working as a labourer within the construction industry.

• Long-term work.
• Company van with a fuel card.
• 23 days holiday rising with length of service.
• Use of a company vehicle during the day.
• Competitive salary up to £27,000.
