Security Officer – M&S Stores, Newcastle

32–48 hrs per week, minimum 8 hrs per week, various shifts (day, evening, night, weekend).

• Protect & Serve – Safeguard stores, people and assets while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Security Operations – Patrol and monitor stores, respond to incidents, and report accurately using body‑worn camera and mobile devices.
• Compliance – Follow all policies and legal requirements, including SIA Licence renewal and MiDeals reporting.
• Proactive – Review and improve assignment instructions, stay alert and report hazards, remain calm in challenging situations.
• Emergency – Contact emergency services when needed.

• Security experience essential.
• A valid SIA Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, energy and enthusiasm.
• 5 years trackable working history in UK and on‑vehicle driving to cover different locations.

• Competitive hourly rate £13.76 per hour.
