Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, conducting client consultations, and presenting energy-saving solutions to SMEs and corporate businesses. The Sales Associate will work closely with clients to build strong relationships while promoting energy efficiency and sustainable solutions. In this role, the Sales Associate is expected to meet sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills including negotiation, persuasion, relationship‑building, and closing deals
  • Experience in energy efficiency solutions, energy management, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical solutions to clients
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers and leads
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a results‑driven approach
  • Previous experience in commission‑based sales roles is beneficial
  • Knowledge of sustainable and renewable energy practices is a plus
