This is a full-time, on‑site role based in Newcastle Upon Tyne for a Telesales Executive. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to promote the company’s telecommunications and technology services, conducting lead generation, establishing and building strong relationships with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires regular communication with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
Qualifications- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present information effectively.
- Excellent customer service and customer support capabilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques to identify, engage, and convert potential clients.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in telecommunications, technology, or a related field is advantageous.
