Account Manager – Retail and Distribution
North East based with UK travel

We are working with a fast growing, product led leisure brand operating across the Spa, Wellness and Watersports markets. The business supplies both independent and national retailers and has an expanding presence across the UK and Europe.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to take ownership of key retail and distributor relationships, drive sales performance and develop new commercial opportunities.

The Role

As Account Manager you will be responsible for developing long term partnerships and delivering revenue growth across your customer base.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and promotions
  • Analyse sales performance and forecast demand
  • Implement strategic account growth plans
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics and customer service teams
  • Support product launches and promotional activity
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and partner meetings
About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in account management or field sales within consumer products, leisure, garden or outdoor markets
  • Proven ability to grow retail or distributor accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Organised and self motivated approach
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
