An exciting opportunity has become available to join ADT fire and security as Commercial Sales Consultant. As the Commercial Sales Consultant you will drive new and extra works business from existing and new SME customers within a set geographical territory, manage circa 500 SME accounts within the territory in line with the channel, respond to incoming enquiries, self‑generate new business from these accounts, and manage a select number of defined lead sources to support new customer acquisition.
Howyou will do it
- Drive new and additional works from existing customer accounts by building strong relationships
- Source potential new customers through self‑generated business and referrals in a specific geographic area
- Self‑generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling to execute the channel customer contact strategy
- Work closely with new business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of new customers into the business
- The successful candidate will be a proven seller
- Adept at managing existing customer relationships to drive growth and increased satisfaction for the Customer
- Can function independently while leveraging resources and engaging with ADT operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service
- Understands the sales process from start to finish

- Can demonstrate a successful track record of achievement
- Will ideally have Security Industry experience
