About the RoleWe are a growing B2B energy consultancy working with businesses to secure competitive and sustainable energy solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint Energy Sales Consultants to join our Newcastle office.
This is a target-driven, consultative sales role where you will engage directly with business decision-makers, identify opportunities, and support clients in securing tailored energy contracts. Full training is provided, with clear progression opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound B2B calls to businesses
- Understand client energy requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers
- Generate qualified opportunities for senior consultants
- Liaise with energy suppliers to ensure accurate client information
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to build trust and rapport quickly
Candidates from strong outbound sales backgrounds or graduates will also be considered.
Salary & Commission- £25,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- First year - Realistic OTE of £60,000+
