Certain Advantage is hiring for a Field Based Account Manager covering the Cumbria area for a fantastic client based in Stockport. The role is on a permanent basis, with excellent benefits.
The Role:
Taking ownership of growing and nurturing existing accounts while proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities across the Cumbria region. This field-based role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and creating lasting customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue within existing accounts (restaurants, bars, and hotels)
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
- Negotiate pricing, promotional activity, and trading terms to maximise value
- Deliver accurate forecasts and develop robust commercial plan
- Lead tastings, events, and wine training sessions for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
The individual
We’re looking for people who have:
- Sales experience ideally within the hospitality sector (Wine or drinks industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Genuine passion for wine and hospitality
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally as required.
- Enjoy working as part of a team
