Used Car Sales Executive – Join Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover in Newcastle
. Salary: Basic Salary with OTE of £55,000.
Hours: 45 hours per week.

• Understanding and adapting to the customers’ buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
• Agreeing price and payment methods, including advising on any financing options with the customer directly, within company guidelines.
• Ensuring each delivery is completed to the highest standard, following up with a personal phone call to confirm customer satisfaction, and maintaining contact to build future business.
• Planning and organising daily sales activity – e.g., telephoning prospects (previous or existing customers and general enquiries) to obtain new business.
• Working with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service to customers.
• Positively participating in training and development opportunities to help the Group achieve its aims.

• Able to plan, organise self, and meet agreed work deadlines.
• Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to change; attention to detail and accurate quality of work.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve business needs.
• Positive reaction to organisational and market changes.
• IT literate (PC, Microsoft Office, web) and hold a full UK driving licence.
