What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and tailored hire solutions. Daily tasks include:

• Handling calls, emails & digital enquiries
• Recommending the right products and services
• Processing hires, off-hires & order changes
• Spotting opportunities to add value
• Building strong customer relationships
• Ensuring smooth, accurate, compliant transactions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales or customer service (hire/construction a bonus)
• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Organised, detail‑focused, and proactive
• Confident in a high‑volume environment
• Comfortable using CRM and order systems
