North East & Yorkshire Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000  uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales)  discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £10,000 Benefits: hybrid or electric company car  comprehensive benefits packages The role of the Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as get involved with associated commercial projects Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5m Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:
