Become an Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our growing UK Lindström family, this role is based in the UK, we are looking to recruit an Account Manager to have a portfolio of customers in around the North and Scotland (North of Newcastle).
Your key responsibilities in this role will be working with a customer portfolio worth 1 million pound which will involve customer facing meetings and utilising teams conference calls. Supporting and conducting Audits, educating customers on using our services and discussing new opportunities.
Working with the sales and customer service teams to support onboarding new clients, establishing and developing customer relationships, building trust and enable customer expectations to be exceeded, identifying customer needs in a consultative way to improve profitability within both Workwear and Wiper business streams.
Offering new service lines, resolving issues in collaboration with other departments, training customer contacts where necessary and upselling/cross selling new services, ensuring all reporting and CRM updates are completed in a timely manner, actively searching for new and improved methods of work processes, both internal and on customer sites.
Who we are looking for?
The right candidate will have previous experience in an account management or similar role and have experience in a customer service environment, sales experience will be beneficial. Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
To have the ability to establish trust with new customers, to recognise the customer requirements before the customer does and the ability to keep up to date with the industry segments and being able to predict future trends and cross sell and upsell new services.
The candidate must have analytical skills, Microsoft skills to work with data and can handle customer complaints turning them into successful business opportunities. Which requires resilience, determination to give the best service and excellent communication skills to work with all personality types.
