This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially sharp, fashion-forward leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of a vibrant, high-traffic store known for its expressive product, trend-driven collections, and elevated service ethos.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver:

• Supporting the store manager with store performance, driving KPIs and ensuring consistent commercial success
• Coaching, developing, and inspiring a passionate team to deliver outstanding service
• Creating an energetic, client-focused atmosphere where customers feel empowered and welcomed
• Operational excellence across VM, stock, compliance, and daily store standards
• Building community and brand presence within the local market
• Partnering with senior retail leadership to support launches, campaigns, and key retail moments

Who We’re Looking For:

• A confident Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up
• Experience in premium/high-street fashion, footwear, or accessories
• A hands-on leader with a positive, people-first approach
• KPI-driven with strong sales acumen and a track record of exceeding targets
• Someone who loves product, thrives on coaching teams, and brings energy into everything they do
