The position of a Crew Member in Five Guys is varied and fast-paced; one minute you are serving customers at the till, cooking the patties on the grill, and next you re making the fries. Whatever you do at Five Guys, you will always be sure to deliver to Five Guys standards.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, working across stations from Till to the Grill, communicating and working as a team, and helping set the restaurant up for success through morning prep and nightly cleaning. We offer contracted hours to suit you; there are no 0-hour contracts.

• Ensure we deliver excellent customer service and serve burgers and fries to a high standard.
• Encourage crew to work on all stations (Till to Grill); be prepared to work hard.
• Communicate effectively and work as a team to get the job done.
• Help set the restaurant up for success with morning prep and nightly cleaning; contract hours offered to suit you.
• Uphold Five Guys standards in all duties, including serving customers, cooking patties, and making fries.

• Under 18: £11 - £12 per hour depending on location.
• 18 and over: £12.40 - £13.45 per hour depending on location.

• Earn As You Learn – increase your hourly rate by up to 40p.
