We are representing our client, a successful and dynamic oil and gas business based in Wallsend, in their search for a talented Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team. About the Role

As the Quality Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all quality management systems are effectively implemented and maintained. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement and driving quality initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading oil and gas company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality systems and procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Liaise with external bodies and customers regarding quality-related matters.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar quality systems role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management or a related field are desirable.
