As part of RSM’s audit quality department, you will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality initiatives across the practice. This national role is open to candidates based at any RSM UK office and is designed for a professional with strong audit and technical expertise.

• Complete pre‑issuance reviews of listed and high‑risk audit engagements.
• Collaborate across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality.
• Share key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement plan.

• ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experienced Senior Manager within audit; senior managers will also be considered.
• Proven technical auditing and accounting skills with experience on listed and high‑risk audits.
• Passion for improving audit quality; previous experience in an audit quality or methodology‑based role is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and provide constructive feedback.
