This Good-rated nursing home provides general nursing and specialist EMI care within a luxury, purpose-built setting. Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the shift, ensuring safe and effective support for older adult residents.

• This role requires current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
• Applicants must have recent experience in a nursing home or older adult setting.
• This position is not suitable for newly qualified nurses without independent practice experience.

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
• Proven experience in a nursing home or older adult care setting
• Confidence leading shifts and supervising care staff
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills

• Deliver and review person‑centred nursing care for older adults
• Administer and manage medications in line with NMC standards
• Lead the day shift and oversee care delivery
• Monitor residents’ physical and cognitive wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care plans and clinical records
• Communicate with families, GPs, and external professionals
