As Student Communications Coordinator you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality communication to current students.

You will support the Senior Manager, Student Information, by coordinating projects and managing workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging information reaches our diverse student community.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of student communication campaigns and content across multiple channels, including email, web, signage and socials.
  • Coordinate workflow allocation within the Student Communications team to meet stakeholder needs and deadlines.
  • Provide leadership support and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Use business and engagement metrics to drive innovation, helping to shape the student experience.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

  • Proven experience in communications or customer marketing, ideally within a higher education setting, with a track record of impactful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team and build collaborative relationships across diverse areas.
