Job Description

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, for SSM and Mobile App, will lead the strategic direction, design and rollout of the Sage Sales Management (SSM) and S50 Mobile App propositions that extend our core Sage 50, 100, 200 product franchise within the Small Division for NA, UKIA, France, Central Europe and Iberia.
LocationHybrid, 3 days per week out of Newcastle or London office.
Responsibilities- Define strategic direction of the S50/100/200 category for the next 3-5 years, identifying opportunities for new propositions aligned with market and regional requirements and commercial priorities.
- Build a compelling growth strategy that captures the market opportunity and customer needs and turns them into actionable plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Develop deep market expertise and competitive landscape insight, identifying growth opportunities and turning that insight into clear, executable strategies for the new propositions.
- Deliver deep customer insights through qualitative and quantitative research, focus groups, interviews and sales/CS feedback to guide future roadmap and proposition development.
- Work with R2R to understand local commercial opportunities and risks, and define a commercial roadmap that aligns with the strategic direction of the category.
- Own pricing, packaging and packaging evolution across all regions, partnering with regional stakeholders to define winning solutions.
- Design and build winning value propositions, turning that into market‑leading, differentiated messaging that lands with in‑house audiences.
- Experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related role, ideally in SaaS or financial software.
- Deep understanding of the UK market with proven ability to tailor global strategies to local context.
- Strong storytelling, communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools and an understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Demonstrated success developing go‑to‑market strategies and launching products that deliver results.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across global and regional functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
