We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker/bench-hand to join our dynamic team in Gateshead. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting bespoke cabinetry that meets our high standards of quality and precision, contributing directly to our company’s reputation for excellence.

• Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry using hand tools and power tools.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in the selection of materials suitable for each project.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes within the workshop.

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role.
• Strong skills in carpentry, joinery, fabrication, and assembly.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to woodworking.
• Preferred: experience with roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work is not required but advantageous.
