What You’ll Be Doing- Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
- Carrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, always adhering to health and safety regulations
- Supporting and working closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
- ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
- A genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
- A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
