The company operates an efficient workflow and continuously invests in the best and latest print and bindery technology to cater to clients’ specific needs.

• Operate bindery equipment safely, effectively and efficiently to meet customer quality and time specifications.
• Plan production jobs and prepare for upcoming work before the current job is finished.
• Perform regular maintenance, record activities and troubleshoot operational problems.
• Report unresolved issues to site engineers and follow company procedures regarding Health & Safety and Environmental Policy.

• Book bindery experience is essential.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to carry out and document maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Must be a resident of the United Kingdom and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
