Role Overview
SG Personnel are working with a large manufacturing company in Newcastle who are looking to recruit welders to work on an ongoing basis, with a possible permanent transfer after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Basic JIG and fixture MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 3mm to 10mm in thickness.
- Batch work, primarily.
- Basic conventional machining, grinding, dressing, and fettling.
Candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or be a time served welder.
Working hours & PayWorking hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.15pm. Rate of pay is £14.81 per hour.
