Salary – Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car (DOE & Qualifications)

Days – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.

• Smooth and efficient running of the service department
• Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
• Drive customer service
• Monitoring KPIs
• Driving the team, support and training

• Must have at least 3+ years experience as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at a main dealer or a used car dealership
• Main dealership experience is extremely beneficial but not essential
• Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving license
