The Role- Leading planning applications for retail and mixed-use schemes
- Preparing detailed Planning Statements and retail planning assessments
- Representing clients at planning committee
- Managing Local Plan representations
- Mentoring junior planners
- MRTPIqualified or nearing completion
- Strong experience across regeneration or retail schemes
- Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong project ownership
This role offers genuine autonomy and progression within acollaborative team.
