What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supervising electrical teams on site
• Coordinating labour, materials, and daily activities
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with specifications
• Managing toolbox talks and site documentation
• Liaising with project management and other trades
• Maintaining standards - no shortcuts, no excuses

• Proven background supervising electrical installations on industrial or large commercial projects
• Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specs
• Clear communicator who can challenge when needed
