They are now seeking a proactive and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee their Newcastle office operations, lead the sales team, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

• Overseeing and managing day-to-day branch operations
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Implementing sales strategies to drive growth and performance
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Monitoring branch performance and providing regular reports to senior management
• Promoting a positive, professional working environment
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively

To be considered for this position, you need to beeither an existing Branch Manager or a strong Estate Agent looking to progress their career.

• Full-time position
• £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE

  Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays with time given in lieu
