Sarah Mains Residential Limited is seeking experienced, credible Branch Managers for Newcastle. The role is integral within our high‑performance residential and property services office.

Package:

• Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00 + alternate Saturdays (time off in lieu)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Branch Management Role:

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations
• Support frontline team, lead by example
• Conduct 1‑to‑1s, performance reviews, and KPI management
• Manage sales pipelines to completion
• Discuss price reductions and marketing strategies with vendors
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams on property launches
• Maintain momentum in a very busy, high‑energy office environment

Person:

• Proven experience in residential sales and branch/team management
• Calm, professional, and credible under pressure
• Strong communicator with clients and internal teams
• Proactive multitasker who lives the "do as I do, not as I say" mindset
• Full UK driving licence required
