HGV Technician

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £42,500 £ 50,500, dependent on experience My client who is in a huge growth stage, is adding another 2 technicians to their team. To clarify, these are two new roles, not replacements. Their staff retention rates are at close to 80% over the last few years.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair on HGVs and specialist vehicles Diagnose faults and conduct effective repairs Carry out MOT preparations, inspections, and safety checks Deliver planned servicing and reactive repairs Maintain accurate records and uphold Health & Safety procedures Full UK driving licence Proven experience with HGV or commercial vehicle servicing
