We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to deliver high‑level results across the site, maintaining cleaning standards and meeting agreed SLAs. You will receive full training on all products, cleaning chemicals and equipment, while following Health and Safety requirements. As part of a regional team, you will work independently, build positive relationships with the client and provide excellent customer service. Continuous improvement and exceeding expectations are key to this role.

• Maintain cleaning standards across the site.
• Ensure all work meets agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Follow training on cleaning chemicals, equipment and Health & Safety.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Build productive relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
