Role As a Professional Advocate, you'll represent clients in hearings - particularly Fast Track trials - in the County Court. You'll prepare cases, conduct research, draft Skeleton Arguments and submissions, and develop effective cross-examinations to secure the best possible outcomes.

You'll also provide guidance on technical and procedural matters to support colleagues across the wider team.About You We're looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer with, ideally, advocacy experience and a solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Pre-Action Protocols.You'll be commercially aware, confident under pressure, and able to manage your workload effectively.
