Responsibilities- As a Trainee Personal Injury Paralegal
, build a caseload of Personal Injury files, considering relevant regulations and legislation, ensure accurate valuation, and provide clients with appropriate advice. - Ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for their personal injury and losses, in accordance with regulations and legislation.
- Ensure disbursements incurred are proportionate and recoverable from the opposing side by uploading them to the relevant claims portal.
- Upload all evidence to the relevant claims portals to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and Winn Group.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
- Uphold the values of Winn Group in daily duties.
- Perform ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit by the Management Team for this post and its level of responsibility.
- Competitive salary: £25,771.20, plus a monthly bonus structure.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week). Working pattern:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Office-based in Byker, Newcastle.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical analysis, attention to detail, and research skills
- IT literate
- Commitment to personal development
