A well-established and busy city-centre residential conveyancing team is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a valued part of its growing department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic team where quality, efficiency and exceptional client service are at the focus.

• Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of Conveyancing files with minimal supervision
• Handle complex transactions, including leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, Help to Buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases and auctions
• Review title reports and sign off files for exchange
• Meet billing and time-recording targets
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and process improvements
• Ensure compliance through regular file reviews

• Residential Conveyancer with around 4+ years' experience
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
• Professional, proactive and collaborative approach
