You'll be part of a collaborative team, working with suppliers, stakeholders, and NHS organisations to ensure the successful integration of systems that support the NHS workforce.

The role involves working with Oracle HCM, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Power

BI, Fabric, and Service Now in line with NHS standards and user needs.

Main duties of the job

As Data Migration Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in assuring the supplier's strategy, design, and implementation of data migration activities. You'll work across multiple migration waves, ensuring readiness, compliance, and successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Assuring data migration strategies and plans, including GDPR compliance and data quality, including migrating data from Oracle's Enterprise Business Suite to Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, and from 3rd party applications to HCM.

Collaborating with suppliers, user organisations, and third parties to ensure readiness and smooth execution.

Leading assurance activities across planning, execution, and post-migration reviews.

Leading assurance activities of data reporting across local and national organisations, including reporting from multiple systems in one centralised platform based on Microsoft's Fabric service.

Managing reporting requirements and contributing to governance boards.

Matrix managing and developing a team of Senior Technical Analysts.

Supporting continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across the programme. This is a permanent role, with migration activities expected to run until 2030.
