We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support across the Group. Acting as the primary point of contact for end users, you will ensure incidents, service requests, problems, and changes are managed effectively through our IT Service Management platform. Working closely with Infrastructure, Applications, and Cyber Security teams, you will help maintain operational continuity while continuously improving the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via ITSM, email, Microsoft Teams, or in person.
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and core business systems.
  • Escalate complex incidents to Infrastructure, Applications, or Cyber Security teams as appropriate.
  • Ensure all tickets are logged, prioritised, and resolved in line with SLAs and OLAs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage system imaging, patching, upgrades, and endpoint maintenance.
  • Administer identity and access management processes including Active Directory, Entra  (Azure AD), Exchange, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Support endpoint and mobile device management solutions such as Intune and MDM platforms.
  • Assist with Azure administration, virtual environments (VMware / Hyper‑V), and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and inductions.
  • Contribute to ITIL‑aligned service management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor recurring issues, identify trends, and proactively improve service delivery.
  • Support cyber security posture through structured access control and secure endpoint practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You are a structured and service‑focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting users in a fast‑moving environment. You combine technical capability with clear communication and understand that great IT support is as much about user experience as it is about technical resolution.

You’ll Likely Bring
  • Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop administration roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud‑based identity platforms.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune.
  • Experience using ITSM / ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of cyber security principles and data protection best practice.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or working towards it).
