Oracle Cloud Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion / SaaS services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Manage monthly financial forecasting, including team costs and project revenue performance.
• Support service design and transition, ensuring scalable, high-quality Oracle Cloud service models.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying value‑add opportunities and optimising delivery processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to delivery teams to enhance capability and performance. Be part of a global Oracle practice of 700+ specialists.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of high‑profile Oracle Fusion / SaaS services, ensuring exceptional delivery, strong client relationships, and measurable business value. This is a customer‑facing leadership role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of service excellence, commercial accountability, and continuous improvement within Oracle Cloud environments.

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar customer‑facing delivery leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud SaaS.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud environments and deployment models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite is advantageous but not essential.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (or equivalent experience) preferred.
