Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence; FDI Support Consultant

This is a senior, client‑facing role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, service‑led mindset. You'll play a critical role in ensuring high availability, optimised performance, and continuous value from Oracle analytics platforms while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Working alongside architects, developers, analysts, and service delivery teams, you'll lead support activities, drive improvements, and help clients maximise the power of their data.

• Lead the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environments
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage problem resolution
• Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to maintain platform stability and performance
• Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and query response times

• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and reporting needs
• Provide expert guidance on FDI architecture, data modelling, and best practices
• Lead requirements workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer

• Implement and configure FDI solutions aligned to client requirements
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
• Perform data integration activities including ETL and data validation
• Support Unit Testing and UAT, working with business users to achieve sign‑off

• Stay current with new FDI features, Oracle analytics innovations, and industry trends
• Produce high‑quality documentation, training materials, and operational guidance
• Independently manage the Analytics support track and client relationships, be part of a global Oracle practice of 700+ specialists

• Extensive experience developing and supporting Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence
• Strong understanding of:
  Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing concepts, Data modelling and ETL processes, PL/SQL
• Proven experience delivering successful FDI implementations or support engagements end‑to‑end
• Experience managing Unit Testing and UAT with business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and translate business requirements into solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with wider Oracle Analytics technologies:
  Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE / OBIA, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Machine Learning capabilities
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and their integrations
• Experience training super users and delivering structured knowledge transfer
