Field-based / Remote

Vision Track (Part of Markerstudy Insurance Group), is hiring a high-impact Senior Solutions Sales Executive to accelerate the adoption of an award-winning SaaS platform transforming fleet safety, operational intelligence and risk reduction.

This is a true hunter role focused on winning net new enterprise customers and expanding distributor channels. You’ll lead complex sales cycles into large fleets while positioning a platform-first, AI-driven solution that combines video telematics, computer vision and advanced analytics.

If you’ve sold into fleet, logistics or transport environments and understand the dynamics of connected vehicle SaaS, this is a high-visibility opportunity in a scaling tech business.

The Role:

New Business & Channel Growth
  • Identify, recruit and activate new distributor partners
  • Support enablement, training and joint go-to-market execution
  • Target fleet-heavy sectors including logistics, transportation, utilities, construction and field services
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups (Ops, Safety, IT, Procurement, C-suite)
Platform-First Selling
  • Position a fully integrated SaaS platform as the core solution
  • Deploy standalone modules strategically where appropriate
  • Drive phased enterprise rollouts and long-term expansion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Solutions Specialists for tailored demos and technical validation
  • Provide structured field feedback to Product and Marketing Maintain strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting (MEDDICC / Challenger preferred)
What We’re Looking For Experience
  • B2B sales experience in SaaS platforms
  • Proven track record in video telematics, fleet IoT, safety tech or connected vehicle solutions
  • Strong quota attainment in high-growth, new revenue environments
  • Experience selling AI-enabled or analytics-led solutions
Commercial & Technical Capability
  • Understanding of telematics ecosystems, hardware + cloud integration
  • Comfortable articulating technical value in commercial terms
  • Confident operating in complex enterprise sales cycles
Personal Profile
  • Genuine hunter mentality
  • Executive presence and strong storytelling skills
  • Structured, disciplined and highly self-driven
  • Collaborative and commercially sharp
