Digital Marketer

A fast-growing and hugely ambitious Warwickshire based business is looking to recruit a talented Digital Marketer into their team.

You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising high-performing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive meaningful conversions.

Description

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across PPC, paid social and SEO
• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns
• Track and measure performance using Google Tag Manager
• Analyse results and insights using Google Analytics
• Use tools such as SEMrush for keyword research and to identify growth opportunities
• Review website performance and user behaviour
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns
• Utilise insights from Google Search Console to enhance organic search visibility.
• Create compelling digital content, including ad copy, social posts, and website content.

Experience

• A strong background in hands-on PPC, SEO, and paid social advertising
• Experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Confident in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager and SEMrush (or similar)
• Ideally, experience in using Hub Spot

Remuneration

• £32-36k depending on experience
• Hybrid (3 days in the office) or on-site working
