Job Purpose

As an Insight Analyst, you'll turn data into actionable insights that drive performance across the business. You'll work with teams like marketing, product, and operations to uncover trends and influence decisions - not just report on what's already happened. This is a commercial, forward-looking role at the heart of a growing analytics function in the gambling industry, where speed, accuracy, and strategic impact matter

Job Duties
  • Write SQL queries across large datasets to derive actionable insight
  • Develop engaging Power BI dashboards using DAX and Power Query
  • Support A/B testing and experiment analysis to evaluate the impact of marketing and product changes
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to identify segments, trends, and retention/acquisition opportunities
  • Identify emerging patterns in player behaviour and product usage
  • Deliver clear insights to stakeholders that inform real business action
  • Work cross-functionally to support marketing, product, and customer performance
  • Contribute to a proactive, insight-led culture
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics or a related field
  • Excel skills preferable, Power BI/SQL/Coding skills desirable
  • Analytical mindset with attention to commercial context
  • A self-starting approach to spotting trends and making recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
