You’ll bring your hands‑on expertise to define and manage test strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll lead functional, performance, and automation teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

• Test Management:
  Plan, manage, and execute all test activities, including system, integration, and user‑acceptance tests
• Risk‑Based Planning:
  Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritisation and mitigation
• Process Improvement:
  Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem‑solving
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work confidently within a matrix organisation, managing vendor and third‑party relationships
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and guide test teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
• Non‑Functional Testing:
  Oversee performance and other non‑functional test activities, ensuring best practices are applied
• Automation Awareness:
  Apply knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices
• User Acceptance Testing:
  Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles

We’re looking for a Test Manager who’s not just a technical expert but also an inspiring leader who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

• Strong test‑management skills with accountability for planning and execution
• Experience in risk‑based test planning and managing escalations
• Expertise in non‑functional testing methodologies and processes
• Confidence in stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
• Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements
• Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance
• Background in a consultancy environment
• Eligible for SC Clearance
