Service Now Presales Architect - UK - 6 month+

For a large customer in the consulting industry we are looking for experienced Service Now Pre Sales Architects for a 6 month extendable contract. The role is outside IR35.

The Service Now Pre-Sales Architect designs and presents tailored Service Now solutions to prospective clients, aligning platform capabilities with business needs to drive sales. This role combines technical expertise with client engagement to deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals, and solution architectures.

The Role

• Design and demonstrate Service Now solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to address client needs.
• Engage clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to showcase platform value.
• Develop proposals, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps with sales teams.
• Advise on Service Now integrations and customizations using APIs or Integration Hub.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Stay updated on Service Now features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years focused on Service Now platform solutions.
• Proven track record of designing and presenting Service Now solutions for enterprise clients across industries like IT, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
• Experience with enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services, LDAP, SAML).
• Technical Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Service Now modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Service Catalog, CMDB).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, enterprise service management (ESM), and integration tools like Integration Hub.
• Experience with presentation tools and prototyping environments to showcase solutions.
