Software Engineering Manager – Hybrid/London (2-3 days per week)- up to £130k + 15% Bonus and Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team driving the evolution of enterprise systems and digital transformation across global operations. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation, leadership presence, and a passion for developing people and modern engineering practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ Software engineers, driving performance and professional growth.
• Define and deliver technology strategies for scalability, automation, and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion best practices in Azure Cloud, Dev Ops, and enterprise integrations.
• Drive digital transformation and modernisation initiatives across global systems.

• 10+ years’ experience in technical engineering or architecture.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional software teams.
• Experience of building and fostering high performing teams
• High level strategy

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Salary up to £130k depending on level/grade.
