Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic Lead Dev Ops Engineer within our Digital Services team. This role drives the deployment, infrastructure, and continuous improvement of our agency’s line of business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject‑matter expert for all Dev Ops responsibilities.
  • Lead the Dev Ops team, providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Maintain production and non‑production environments, ensuring timely and secure deployments.
  • Define standards and contribute to the overall improvement of the application technology stack.
  • Support development and operations teams, raise change requests, and attend CAB.
  • Update and build deployment pipelines aligned with the build and deployment model.
  • Participate in priority incident bridge calls and root‑cause analysis.
  • Provide estimates for upcoming Dev Ops activities related to the delivery roadmap.
  • Document standards and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience defining technical strategy, standards, and best practices.
  • Scalable pipeline design and deployment automation.
  • SC security clearance is essential; support will be provided for conditional offers.

Nationality Requirements

Working Hours & Flexibility

Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm) with flexible working arrangements and remote options available.
