• Lead a fast‑paced Delivery PMO team across multiple complex programmes, reporting directly to Senior Leadership.
• Support successful delivery as part of the PMO for large, high‑complexity programmes.
• Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via tools such as Power BI.
• Own and manage end‑to‑end operational and financial data for large projects or programmes; report on profitability, sales, and revenue positions.
• Work with internal delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks, and put mitigation plans in place.
• Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; set up plans, track progress, and report variances.
• Liaise with Commercial and Financial Management teams to align programme and corporate finances.
• Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and drive continuous service improvement and process automation.
• Experience leading as part of a project or programme management office (PMO).
• Adept at managing complex plans and resource profiles over large programmes of work.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Experience driving process automation and continuous service improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presenting to groups.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor as part of a large team.
• A keen interest in technology.

• Mid‑Senior level experience in project or programme management.
