An ambitious and growing recruitment business based in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking to hire a Net Suite-focused Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding US technology division.
This is an outstanding opportunity to build a high-value niche desk within the Net Suite ecosystem across the United States
, working with clients ranging from specialist consultancies to high-growth tech businesses.
The US market offers larger deal sizes, faster growth opportunities, and a genuine platform to build significant billings
, with a commission structure designed to reward performance from the very first placement.
With hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) and a collaborative, high-performing environment, you’ll be joining a business that provides the tools, support and market access to build a highly successful desk.
The RoleAs a Net Suite Recruitment Consultant
, you will be responsible for developing and delivering recruitment solutions across the US market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing a specialist Net Suite recruitment desk across the US
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle – business development through to placement
- Building relationships with Net Suite consultancies, end-users and implementation partners
- Sourcing and placing Net Suite professionals across functional and technical roles
- Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Building a strong personal brand within the Net Suite and ERP recruitment community

Ideal experience includes:
- Experience in technology, ERP, or Net Suite recruitment (preferred but not essential)
- A strong 360 recruitment background with proven billing success
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a desire to build a high-performing desk
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Uncapped commission structure – 15% to 25% with no threshold
