NRG is expanding its technology division and we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who wants to build a high performing desk within a well established and respected North East brand.

This role suits someone who understands the tech market, values long term client partnerships and wants the support of a business with the infrastructure to help them scale.

• Managing and growing your own IT recruitment desk
• Building relationships with both new and existing clients across the region
• Delivering high quality shortlists across software, infrastructure, cyber, data and digital
• Developing a strong candidate network and maintaining regular engagement
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to support cross functional hiring needs
• Providing a professional, well structured recruitment service that reflects the NRG brand

• Experience in IT or technical recruitment
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to developing your market
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and candidates
• Someone who is organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• A commitment to delivering a high quality service rather than transactional recruitment
