We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who thrives on being out and about
, enjoys face-to-face conversations, and takes real pride in understanding how manufacturing businesses operate.

You’ll join our Operations team
, recruiting mid‑senior professionals across engineering and regulated manufacturing environments, covering salaries from £35k to £120k
.

Your focus will span:

• Manufacturing & Production Leadership
• Maintenance & Reliability
• Quality, HSE & Compliance
• Manufacturing & Process Engineering

Geographically, you’ll own and develop relationships across the North East and North Yorkshire
, working closely with factory and site leaders.

• Spending time on-site with clients - factory tours, operational walkarounds, leadership meetings
• Building trusted, long‑term relationships rather than transactional recruitment
• Managing and growing a strong client portfolio across manufacturing and engineering
• Delivering retained, exclusive and contingent assignments
• Acting as a true market expert and advisor within your specialism

• An experienced recruitment consultant (or senior consultant) with a strong delivery and client track record
• Someone who loves being in the market, not just on the phone
• Comfortable recruiting across technical and operational roles
• Commercially astute, relationship‑driven and highly credible with senior stakeholders
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or operations recruitment is highly desirable

• Strong basic salary reflective of experience
